At The GLD Shop, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your jewelry. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Enter your order number and zip code into our online returns center to initiate your request and view eligible items.

  Select Return or Exchange

  Choose whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or exchange the item for a different size or style.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your items in their original GLD packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your request at our warehouse.
