We use premium materials including 14k-18k gold plating over sterling silver or brass, as well as solid gold and GIA-certified diamonds for our luxury collections.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom pieces are handcrafted to order and usually require 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made jewelry and 'final sale' items are not eligible for returns.

Does my jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, GLD offers a Lifetime Warranty on all jewelry items. This covers one-time replacements if the product experiences any manufacturing defects or accidental breakage.

How should I care for my GLD pieces?

To maintain your jewelry's shine, keep it dry and avoid contact with sweat, perfumes, or chemicals. Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth after each wear.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
